Bar & Events Supervisor

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Bar & Events Supervisor on a full-time, temporary to permanent basis, local to the Chester area. 
 
With an immediate start available, this role requires an individual with a background in Bar work, looking to progress their career in a Supervisor-level position. The successful candidate will oversee a team of Bar staff, as well as coordinate Events functions for the site.
For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to progress within a growing company!
 
Hourly pay: £12.50 - £14 (depending on experience) 

The Role: 
- Supervising and training a growing team of bar staff
- Working on the bar area, preparing and serving drinks
- Assisting with events planning such as wedding receptions, birthdays, etc.
- Managing customer bookings and coordinating events
- Providing information and advise to customers on events and function availability
- Being the first point of contact for customers

The Ideal Candidate: 
- Experience in a similar Bar or Events Supervisor position is beneficial
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage other staff members
- Full-time availability
