Job Description:
Siamo Recruitment are offering an exciting opportunity as a Field Based Sales consultant to assist with growing new enquiries and ensuring that the customers leads are followed up in a timely manager with a site survey and a quote being generated that is appropriate for the customer and their property. 
 
Salary - £30,000 + Commission. 
 
Working hours- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
 
Role
  • Look after all new sale enquires, ensuring customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively
  • Follow lead from initial call to completion, working with sales coordinator to ensure we meet customer expectations
  • Conduct courtesy calls to clients to review the sales process, obtain feedback and action as appropriate
  • Report on new sales monthly, work with projects team to see when we need to push for sales and what our lead time is
  • Liaise with the marketing team to develop new leads and play an important role in developing the way we market to customers.
  • Attend face to face meetings with clients to build rapport
  • Attend summer trade shows to increase awareness and generate sales leads
  • Build a positive team and encourage collaborative working to ensure company growth
  • To ensure that we are selling the correct product for the customer
  •  To feedback innovation ideas or requests that are being requested to see if we can add to our portfolio
  • Ensure that quotes are accurate, issued in a timely manner, and then followed up
  • All properties need to be assessed and customers advised if pre works needed (ie structural works/trenching)
  • Be accountable for the delivery of marketing excellence to the customer base and the wider customer experience
  • Building good relationships both internally and externally to ensure  the desired levels of stakeholder service are met
Experience 
  • 5 years+ experience in Sales, preferably with a renewables background (ASHP or PV)
  • Ability to exceed targets
  • Relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to go generate own leads (Self Gen)
  • Self motivated
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of E works or other CRM’s, Knowledge of Pv Design software desirable
  • Knowledge of renewables/ building trade services industry would is essential
