Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a growing company based in the Flintshire area.

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for:
- Helping build and deliver the companies Account management process from initial contact to regular, scheduled in catch-up.
- Day to day your role will involve managing your own customer accounts, doing demo’s and ensuring our customers have what they need to succeed.
- a proven track record in delivering results, a passion for technology as well as a passion for seeing customers grow along with us.
As a customer success manager, you will be accountable for the following areas:
- Day to day contact with our existing customer base.
- Resolving issues and suggesting new ways of working
- Keeping your product knowledge up to date.
- Learning new products and keeping up-to speed with any changes.
- Plan and deliver on-going programme to educate our customers. (webinars, videos, blogs etc.)Essential To Have
- B2B experience - ideally in a SAAS or accounting environment.
- Passion for customer success.
- Willingness to get hands on and help us build the business.
- Sage 200 Product knowledge.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills.
- Ability to recognise problems and areas for improvements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Previous experience in a Customer Success Role
- Ideally some experience in SAAS businesses
- Ideally some experience using Sage Accounting Packages Sage 50 / Sage 200
