Recruitment Resourcer

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent. You’ll be at the heart of the hiring process—building candidate pipelines and helping match the right people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Write and post engaging job adverts
• Support consultants with interview coordination and feedback
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Confident using digital tools and platforms
• Previous recruitment or sales experience is a bonus—but not essential
