Production Operative

Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established automotive manufacturer based in the Ruthin/Denbigh area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term work in a clean, organised, and fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling automotive components to specification

• Quality checking finished parts for defects

• Working on a production line or at individual stations

• Using hand and power tools (training provided)

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Meeting daily production targets and deadlines

• Supporting wider production team as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (automotive experience is a bonus)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow instructions and work at a consistent pace

• Punctual, reliable, and a good team player

• Own transport is desirable due to location
