Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as general facility repairs. The ideal candidate will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.

  • Diagnose and repair Mechanical and Electrical.

  • Conduct general building maintenance including lighting, drywall, painting, flooring, and door repairs. 

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and servicing.

  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma or certification preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

  • Basic carpentry and painting skills.  

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Attention to detail and safety-conscious.

  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.


Work Conditions

  • Full-time, may include evening or weekend shifts.

  • On-call availability may be required.

  • Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
