Siamo are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support the ongoing administration, development, and optimization of key systems for a worldwide company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a vital part in ensuring smooth system performance, security, and user satisfaction across multiple international locations.
Key Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and upgrade the global Atlassian JIRA and ServiceNow platforms. Analyse and optimize workflows in both JIRA and ServiceNow to meet evolving business needs. Apply patches, manage users, develop custom reports, and support new feature implementation. Monitor and support global network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN environments. Manage virtual server environments and perform systems performance analysis. Troubleshoot issues related to network security, connectivity, and application access. Review and respond to anomalies using network monitoring tools. Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and processes. Deploy, configure, and support networking and remote access equipment. Assist with LAN/WAN installation and conduct performance analysis and reporting. Ensure data integrity and availability through backup monitoring. Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure AD and other Azure cloud systems. Communicate project updates and system priorities to global teams and IT leadership. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in a systems/network administration role within an enterprise environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (strongly preferred). Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket). Working knowledge of ServiceNow administration and workflow customization. Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
Experience with VMWare or other virtualized environments. Strong understanding of network topology, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and remote access tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to EMEIA offices as needed.
