Job Description:

Siamo are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work for a trusted financial planning firm. The company are growing and looking for a dynamic, people-focused Client Relationship Manager to join a modern office space in the Denbighshire area. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly team.

 

The Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be a primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring a seamless, supportive experience throughout their financial planning journey. You will also support with payroll-related administrative tasks and work closely alongside the Finance Manager, to ensure compliance with local Labour laws and company policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and maintaining diary appointments.
  • Using cashflow software.
  • Providing exceptional client service via telephone, email and face to face when required.
  • Maintaining and updating client records.
  • Using various 3rd party software and websites to create, record and update client records ensuring that these are kept up to date for compliance purposes.
  • Liaising effectively with product providers and accurately record the details of discussions.
  • Processing new business applications for new and existing clients.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • General Administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning.
  • Gathering valuations and the relevant documentation to prepare review packs.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional manner at all times.
  • Strong administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with an eye for detail.

 

The ideal candidate will have CRM experience, ideally within financial services. It is desirable that the candidate has some experience using Prestwood and/or Curo.
