Software Sales Consultant

Looking to further develop your career as a Sales Consultant?
 
Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Consultant on a full-time, permanent basis, working in a well-established Software company located in the County of Flintshire, North Wales!
 
This role is ideal for a Sales professional with experience managing their own pipeline, handling a portfolio of clients, and providing a consultative approach to prospective clients. A background in Software or Finance is beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate will also be offered hybrid working and a commission structure within a fast-growing, modern company!

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum plus uncapped commission 

The Role:
- Managing a pipeline and portfolio of clients including mid to large sized enterprises
- Working with sales teams within the organisation and supporting sales training
- Using a consultative approach with customers to find out their current problems
- Working with clients to provide effective product-driven solutions
- Promoting products and services through a network of contacts
- Following-up on prospect enquiries and finding out their specific requirements 

The Ideal Candidate: 
- Experience working with medium and large organisations, liaising with C-level executives
- Background in sales, managing a pipeline and portfolios of clients
- Previous work experience coaching and developing other staff members is beneficial
- Passion for solving customer problems using a consultative approach
- Background in SaaS or Finance is desired but not essential
