Job Description:
Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a growing company based in the Flintshire area. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is looking to develop and expand their career. 
 
As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Helping build and deliver the companies Account management process from initial contact to regular, scheduled in catch-up.
  • Day to day your role will involve managing your own customer accounts, doing demo’s and ensuring our customers have what they need to succeed.
  • a proven track record in delivering results, a passion for technology as well as a passion for seeing customers grow along with us.
As a customer success manager, you will be accountable for the following areas:
  • Day to day contact with our existing customer base.
  •   Resolving issues and suggesting new ways of working
  • Keeping your product knowledge up to date.
  • Learning new products and keeping up-to speed with any changes.
  • Plan and deliver on-going programme to educate our customers. (webinars, videos, blogs etc.)Essential To Have
  • B2B experience - ideally in a SAAS or accounting environment.
  • Passion for customer success.
  • Willingness to get hands on and help us build the business.
  • Sage 200 Product knowledge.
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills.
  • Ability to recognise problems and areas for improvements
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 
What You Need to Be Successful
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success Role
  •  Ideally some experience in SAAS businesses
  • Ideally some experience using Sage Accounting Packages Sage 50 / Sage 200
